Delete Account

Permanently close your Creamingo account and remove personal profile data.

Deleting your account signs you out everywhere, removes personal details from your profile, and stops access to wallet, wishlist, and signed-in features. Order and payment records required for legal or financial purposes may be retained in anonymized form.

What deletion means

  • You will be signed out on all devices and will no longer be able to sign in with this account.
  • Personal profile details (name, email, phone, saved address) are removed or anonymized.
  • Any remaining wallet balance is closed with a completed ledger debit and cannot be spent after deletion; wallet and payment history may be retained without your personal identifiers.
  • Wishlist and referral access for this account end.
  • Past orders stay in our systems for delivery, tax, and legal retention, linked to an anonymized account record—not deleted wholesale.
